Located on the water in Corpus Christi, this private wellness retreat combines an experiential chef’s kitchen for intimate events with a spa environment devoted to restoration, clarity, and ritual. The lower level is organized around gathering: cooking, dining, and opening the interior to the pool terrace. Above, a sequence of wellness spaces creating a more inward experience, including: steam room, Japanese wet room, sauna, treatment room, massage room, and gym.

At the center of the project, a meditative domed skylight transforms daylight into a temporal instrument. As light moves across the curved plaster surface throughout the day, the room becomes a place of pause, focus, and mental clarity. The project balances hospitality and solitude, pairing the social theater of food with the private rituals of recovery and reflection.
