This exotic car showroom will house a new kind of car dealership; focused on rentals, sales and trading. The design utilizes an existing industrial building which will be gutted and clad similar to that of a high performance car. The exterior skin provides solar protection and a fresh brand identity for this new company. While the interior lighting design aims to accentuate the unique curves and lines of the high performance vehicles it showcases; simultaneously providing a one of a kind event space for the future of Miami.
